She has significant experience in leading the operations development of multiple California Law Firms and other businesses throughout the state of California both in Northern and Southern California. Grace has been dedicated to building and growing firms that provide the structure and support clients need, ensuring the best possible services and support team for the firms' clients. Grace's unique background which also includes several years providing legal support in both Family Law and Criminal Cases, puts her in an optimal position to create procedures and processes to serve the needs and best interests of both the firm and the clients.
